The Annual Fund Helps Us Do More

Every year, Principia's Annual Fund helps support the entire Principia experience. Your yearly gift helps provide the resources students need to experience a transformative, hands-on education. Gifts to the Annual Fund allow Principia to use resources where the need is greatest and to respond nimbly when exceptional opportunities arise.

Here are some ways we've put recent Annual Fund gifts to work:

  • Funding tournament travel for the College mediation team

  • Recruiting, training, and retaining exceptional faculty

  • Bringing in guest speakers

  • Providing additional financial aid and scholarships to help ensure that a Principia education remains within reach of every qualified student

  • Installing the region’s first SMART Labs at the School to provide students from kingergarten through Upper School with STEM learning opportunities

  • Providing educational resources for students on both campuses to pursue sustainability projects with peers and/or with faculty and to network with a variety of businesses and organizations related to sustainability

  • Integrating learning with real-world experiences through experiential travel, class trips, and study abroads

  • Carrying out emergency repairs and necessary facility updates across two campuses
